Earth Day is like Olive's birthday around here and I do get a little excited to celebrate. Feathers Are Here from Hawaii!!

Feathers are impossible to ignore these days whether you spend time at the local high school hang out, watch Steven Tyler on American Idol or have take the plunge yourself and already been feathered, you know about feathers! ... But can we feel okay sporting this amazing trend? Yes, yes we can! And oh how exciting is!

My dear friend Jamie who started Sophie Grace Designs, is helping Olive get going with feathers. An amazing and creative jewelry designer among many other things, Jamie has hand made some pieces for Olive using recycled Coral and Gems where possible and feathers in a manner that doesn't leaves birds heading for the fields.
